Dick Rennick has an amazing ability to come into any situation, no matter how complex and seemingly intractable the problems are, and fix things. I have seen him come into situations I thought were unsalvageable, and not only did he FIX things, but he fixed things QUICKLY and in a way where all of the people involved came away extremely happy. I don’t know how he does it, I just know he does it EVERY TIME.
