I have been privileged to have the opportunity to work with Dick. He has become a great mentor of mine. He tells me the truth about issues I face in my business and helps me see things that I have overlooked regardless of how it makes me feel. He helps me face the brutal facts, adjust, and then move confidently forward. He is the kind of objective mentor that I'm fortunate to have and try to hold on to. I went through a period with my team where we rehashed much of our business model and have been successful for it. Dick provided the objective counsel that we needed at the time. Dick is very competent and knowledgeable through his vast experience and yet has a delightful meekness and humility about his character.
