I highly recommend Mr. Richard Rennick as a speaker for any organization that is interested in improving customer service, organizational performance or motivating employees. As a presenter at several of our departmental staff retreats, he impressed upon our employees techniques that have imp-roved our all around performance. Moreover, he eased the attendees into some interesting interactive dialog. Mr. Rennick clearly understands how to reach employees, both in the private and public sectors.
